COMPLEX NURSING CARE

At My Care Needs our AHPRA certified nursing staff can assist you with your medical issues in the comfort of your own residency. Our home nursing services include:

  • Medication administration and management
  • Falls Prevention strategy plan

TRANSPORTATION

At My Care Needs we provide NDIS participants with their travel needs. Leaving the comfort of your own home is an integral part of your everyday life. Our team will ensure you will have access to:

  • Medical Appointments & travelling to hospital
  • Shopping and other miscellaneous errands
  • Getting to work and or school
  • Attending social outings or family and friend events
  • Community participation
  • Playing or watching sports, fishing, cinema and any outdoor activities
  • Assistance with holiday travel

ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY LIFE

At My Care Needs we can assist you with supervision with activities of daily life enabling you towards reaching your Independence. Our services include but not limited to:

  • Personal Hygiene
  • Showering, dressing and grooming
  • Toileting
  • Meal assistance and preparations
  • 24 Hour in home assistance
  • 24 Hour community participation assistance

ALLIED HEALTH

At My Care Needs we offer Allied Health professional services, either through telehealth appointments and or we can come to you in home or community facilities. We can assist with services through our team of Allied Health specialist in:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Social Work
  • Speech Pathology
  • Dietician

All therapist assist our participants in exercise physiology, development education, health plan management and ongoing training and treatment.

DOMESTIC HOME MAINTENANCE

At My Care Needs we offer a wide variety of domestic assistance tailored to suit the participants needs. Our services include but not limited to:

  • General Domestic House cleaning
  • Domestic house maintenance and checks
  • Laundry assistance (washing, folding, ironing etc)
  • Bed making
  • Emptying, and taking out household bins

SUPPORT COORDINATION

At My Care Needs our team of expert support coordinators can assist you in navigating through the National Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan to tailoring their needs. Our support coordination service include:

  • Understanding the NDIS Process
  • Providing reports to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) regarding outcomes prior to plan reviews
  • Requisitioning of funds to the National Disability Scheme (NDIS) process
  • Participants and family support
  • Allocation of finding other support providers tailoring your needs
  • Assistance with NDIS budgets and negotiation of prices and service agreements
  • Monitoring of participants budgets and funding expenses
  • Provider services paperwork
  • Assist with the preparation for NDIS review
